1. Inlet and outlet air method
The closed cooling tower adopts the method of taking in cold air from the upper and lower fillers at the same time, and the air from the lower side of the heat exchanger exhaust pipe is discharged through the top side fan. The air flow is short and the resistance is small, which can discharge heat and humid air in time. Because the flow state of air and water is changed, the heat exchange capacity is greatly improved, and its heat exchange capacity per unit area is about 2 times that of the general standard. After the temperature of the cooling water flowing through the surface of the heat exchange coil increases, it flows to the filler guide to fully exchange heat with the surrounding fresh air, and is cooled again. The temperature of the lowered water is sent to the heat exchange coil by the circulating water pump for heat exchange again, so that its cooling effect can be fully exerted.
2. Maintenance of the spray system
The nozzle blockage of the spray system is inevitable, especially in places with harsh environments. The composite flow technology has fundamentally dealt with this problem in structure, and the use of detachable nozzles makes maintenance very simple.
3. Wind direction and water direction
Air and cooling water flow through the coil surface in the same direction, ensuring that the cooling water can cover the coil surface and keep the coil surface moist. Compared with the reverse wind and water structure, it effectively avoids the formation of dry spots and scaling on the coil surface and realizes effective heat exchange.
4. Water cooler
Our company uses a detachable dewatering device. When the filler needs to be cleaned or replaced, the dewatering device can be easily removed to clean or replace the filler. This will bring a lot of convenience to future daily maintenance and overhauls. The filler can be easily cleaned or replaced, which is both economical and efficient.
5. Fan
The fan with a direct-connected structure avoids the various disadvantages brought by the belt drive structure, ensures the long-term and stable operation of the product, and has many advantages such as simple layout, low noise, no transmission loss, high efficiency, few friction parts, and low failure rate.
