Counterflow Closed Circuit Cooling Tower

KBL Series counterflow closed circuit cooling tower is a type of cooling tower used in industrial and commercial applications to dissipate heat generated from various processes and machinery. It functions by circulating a closed loop of water through a series of heat exchangers, where the heat is transferred from the water to the surrounding environment. The water is then cooled and recycled back into the system, making it an environmentally friendly and cost-effective solution.

Our countercurrent closed cooling tower is designed to be highly efficient and reliable with minimal maintenance. They also have a lower noise level compared to traditional cooling towers, making them more tolerable in areas where noise pollution is a concern.

The working fluid (soft water or other liquids) circulates in the coil pipe of the countercurrent closed cooling tower, the fluid heat is absorbed by the coil pipe wall, the spraying water is sprayed onto the coil pipe surface to exchange heat, and meanwhile the cool air flows from the air intake grill at the bottom of the unit into the tower to circulate from bottom to top, and to flow evenly through the coil pipe surface. A small part of the water is evaporated while heat is absorbed, and the hot and humid air is discharged outside through the top fan, while the rest of the water falls onto the water disk at the bottom for the next recirculating. Since the fluid in the coil pipe is in a closed recirculating, the consumption is very little, and the flowing rate of spraying water is only 0.1%-0.2%.

* Stable and Efficient: The soft water closed-loop circulation is adopted to effectively prevent the scale generated in the tower or the user's equipment during use from damaging the equipment.

* Water-saving and Environmental Protection: The closed internal circulation and efficient dehydration device are adopted to improve the utilization rate of water. At the same time, the internal circulating water is not easy to be polluted and can be used sustainably. The spray water has a relatively small evaporation amount, which protects the environment.

* Convenient Maintenance: Reasonable maintenance space provides convenience for the maintenance of equipment. The maintenance can be entered into the tower through the maintenance door, and the maintenance of the key parts of the pipe bundle and the spray system can be more direct and convenient.
