In order to meet the needs of modern industry development, the closed circuit cooling tower tested in practice has been widely used in automobile, plane, ship, electric power, chemical industry, food, medical treatment, central air conditioning, forging, casting, heat treatment, experiment platform, and other industries.

Operation Principle
The operating principle of the counter flow closed cooling tower is as follows: The working fluid (soft water or other liquids) circulates in the coil pipe of the counterflow closed circuit cooling tower, the fluid heat is absorbed by the coil pipe wall, the spraying water is sprayed onto the coil pipe surface to exchange heat, and meanwhile the cool air flows from the air intake grill at the bottom of the unit into the tower to circulate from bottom to top, and to flow evenly through the coil pipe surface. A small part of the water is evaporated while heat is absorbed, and the hot and humid air is discharged outside through the top fan, while the rest of the water falls onto the water disk at the bottom for the next recirculating. Since the fluid in the coil pipe is in a closed recirculating, the consumption is very little, and the flowing rate of spraying water is only 0.1%-0.2%.

* The upper and lower boxes are designed with a frame structure, and it is easy to maintain and replace all parts, which can extend the life of the counter flow closed circuit cooling tower.
* Protective fence and maintenance ladder are positioned at top of the tower, easy for the maintenance staff to maintain on the tower top.
* A spraying water cooling component is added, thus reducing spraying water temperature, ensuring the cooling effect and improving the cooling ability of the cooling tower.
* Combined use of low power fans is made, and the number of fans to start-stop is automatically controlled with the effective temperature range, saving energy and reducing operating costs. Even in the event of fan failure, it does not affect the cooling tower at work. A direct-coupled axial flow fan is adopted, and its overall is fixed inside the air duct, with no belt aging, relaxation, bearing life limitation and other problems. Therefore it can ensure that the fan's ability to work does not lower down for a long time and that the fan is stable and durable.
* The flow direction and utilization rate of fresh air are fully considered, and the distance between air inlet and outlet is widened, preventing the hot and humid outlet air and inlet air forming a loop, and preventing hot air flowing directly back into the air inlet, resulting in decreased heat rate and energy waste and so on.
* A new meter cooler is designed with anti-freeze type. Each row of coil pipe has a certain slope to ensure that in the equipment downtime in winter, residual cool water in the coil pipe can empty from top to bottom, resolving the problem that the liquid in horizontal coil pipe can not be discharged completely in winter, resulting in the coil pipe burst due to freezing.
* The cooler of KBL counter flow closed circuit cooling tower is located at the bottom of the whole equipment, and it can be seen while entering the access door; moreover, there is no filler between the upper and lower coil pipes, easy for technician to maintain the coil pipes, so there is no necessity to dismantle and wash the filler.
