KBL series counter flow closed water cooling tower is made in special alloy coated steel or stainless steel, Heat exchange coils made in stainless steel or red copper. KBL series counter flow cooling towers are more compact, occupy less installation space, work without any wet deck fill, and are more suitable for cooling hot water with higher inlet temperature. The tower size can be customized according to standard containers or specific project conditions.
KBL series closed circuit counter flow cooling towers are widely applied in different fields, to cool circulating water, oil, or other process fluid for melting/ vacuum/ multi-crystal furnaces, induction heaters, compressors, heat pumps, metal parts production lines, hydraulic stations, power generators, transformers, converters, etc.

Red Copper Heat Exchanger According to the international standard, it is produced by T2 depickling red copper tube with purity 99.9%, with high heat transfer efficiency. A mode of staggered arrangement is adopted, increasing the heat transfer efficiency, and reducing the pressure drop in air flowing through the unit. The installed coil pipe is put into 1.2Mpa air pressure test in water to ensure that there is no leakage. |

Stainless Steel Heat Exchanger Made of 304 or 316L standard pipe, it adapts to the environment. A mode of staggered arrangement is adopted, increasing the heat transfer efficiency, and reducing the pressure drop in air flowing through the unit. Exhaust System Three-prevent aluminum casing fan is adopted and installed in a special induced air tube, and a hot-dip galvanized steel wire mesh cover is arranged at its top for protection. The protection class of the fan motor is IP55, and the insulation class is level F. |

Water Defector (Dehydrater) Made from PVC material, it is grouped and installed inside the unit. The dehydrator is three-change designed to ensure that the water in the airflow can be blocked, so that the maximum drift rate of moisture is less than 0.1 per thousand of the volume of recirculating water. |

Air Intake Grill It is constructed by PVC material, and installed on the frame around the unit which is easily disassembled and assembled, so that the heat exchanger can be maintained. The grille is designed with two air changes to prevent splashing the sink and being exposed to direct sunlight. It has an air deceleration zone, by which air can be effectively led to the fan. |

Spraying System A vertical centrifugal pump is applied to provide adequate spraying water, to ensure that the whole set of coil pipe is fully contained in the water flow. Spraying pipe is manufactured with standard PVC material, with corrosion resistance. |

Working Theory
The operating principle of the counter flow closed water cooling tower is as follows: The working fluid (soft water or other liquids) circulates in the coil pipe of the counterflow closed circuit cooling tower, the fluid heat is absorbed by the coil pipe wall, the spraying water is sprayed onto the coil pipe surface to exchange heat, and meanwhile the cool air flows from the air intake grill at the bottom of the unit into the tower to circulate from bottom to top, and to flow evenly through the coil pipe surface. A small part of the water is evaporated while heat is absorbed, and the hot and humid air is discharged outside through the top fan, while the rest of the water falls onto the water disk at the bottom for the next recirculating. Since the fluid in the coil pipe is in a closed recirculating, the consumption is very little, and the flowing rate of spraying water is only 0.1%-0.2%.
