* No Contamination of The Primary Circuit: Many civil and industrial processes require keeping the process fluid free from contamination from the external environment: this is the case, for example, with most food production processes. Closed-circuit cooling towers meet this need: in practice, the coils separate the process fluid from the ambient air sucked in by the fan, keeping it clean and free of contamination in a closed loop.

* Reduction of Freezing Risk: Since the process water circulates in the heat exchange coil and never comes in contact with the air, glycol can be added to it to lower the fluid freezing point. This is a huge advantage especially in cold countries where temperatures often drop below zero degrees.
