Use and Maintenance of KHLT Crossflow Open Circuit Cooling Tower
* Before starting, the inlet and outlet pipes and water basin should be fully cleaned to check whether the fasteners of the transmission parts are firm and whether the impeller is flexible. Check whether the transmission joint is safe.
* The fan turns clockwise and needs to be started at reduced voltage. Check whether the current, voltage and vibration of the motor are normal.
* After the synchronous belt drive deceleration fan has been running for a period of time, the tension should be readjusted.
* After the fan is running normally, start the circulation pump, close the tower outlet valve first, and then open it after the water level line of the water basin is reached, and put it into normal operation. The operation should maintain a corresponding water level line.
* The water quality of the tower is required to be free of oil and impurities, and the turbidity is ≥5mg/kg, otherwise it must be equipped with water treatment and purification equipment.
* Regularly maintain the equipment once a year to remove dirt from the water basin. Adjust the belt tension regularly. If there is dirt in the packing shell, remove it in time, generally once a year.
