1. Once you find that there is any problem with the closed cooling tower fan, you should immediately shut down and check it.
2. Eliminate the dirty things in the front, back, left and right pipelines in the closed cooling tower fan on time to avoid safety accidents. The lubrication oil of the transmission system component should be disassembled on time. The fan should adopt waterproof and rainproof counterparts outdoors.
3. When changing working conditions, the gates should be used to adjust the exhaust volume.
4. Precisely measure the current of the closed cooling tower fan motor on time. Under normal conditions, the accurate measured current should be lower than the rated voltage.
5. After the production cycle of the fan is completed, maintain the motor of maintenance, prevent rust, and harm the period of use.
6. Before applying a fan each year, give the decelerator oil, and then apply it later.
7. Because the closed cooling tower wind mechanism is simple, key attention should be paid to electric motor maintenance and other air intake system maintenance.
