The housing is made of special alloy coated steel or stainless steel, the heat exchange coil is made of stainless steel or copper, and the wet deck filler is made of PVC. All raw materials are of high industrial grade with excellent corrosion resistance.
Our cross flow closed circuit cooling tower is designed with high efficiency but low initial and long-term costs, simple and economical installation and maintenance. Tower sizes can be customized based on standard containers or specific project conditions. It is widely used to cool circulating water, oil or other process fluids in HVAC systems, compressors, furnaces, data centers, ground source heat pumps, generators, transformers, converters, refrigerators, food and chemical production lines, etc.

Configurations of Closed Water Cooling Tower
1. Shock absorber
The blower of the cooling tower is a rotating part, which will vibrate to some extent. This vibration may be transmitted to the foundation and building. In order to reduce the vibration, we provide a variety of shock absorption solutions.

2. Electric heater
When using cooling towers in winter in cold areas, circulating water and scattered water are easy to freeze, causing rupture of piping and tower components. In order to prevent this kind of accident, we recommend the use of antifreeze components, such as electric heaters. If you need other antifreeze methods, please contact the company.
3. Straight pipe and elbow pipe of the air duct
The cooling tower outlet pipe can be equipped with straight pipe, 45-degree elbow or 90-degree elbow according to the needs of the user on site.
4. Motor
We provide single-speed, dual-speed and variable frequency motors for customers to choose from to meet the different needs of customers
5. Electric control box
It can centrally manage and control the equipment that needs to be controlled, such as water pumps, motors, electric heaters, etc., which is convenient and safe, and can realize remote control.
6. Water tank
The system's water replenishment tank is available for customers to choose.
7. Dosing water tank

Working Theory
* Internal Circulation Water System
The circulating water cooled in the coil flows out of the tower body and is sent to the heat source (cooled equipment) by the system circulating water pump. The circulating water heated by heat exchange enters the coil for cooling.
* External Circulation Water System
After the external spray water cools the circulating water inside the coil by contacting with the coil and the filler for heat exchange, it falls into the lower water tank and is sent to the spray water tank by the spray water pump for recirculation.
The internal circulation cooled water exchanges heat and mass with the spray water and air outside the tube through the coil, avoiding water pollution caused by direct contact between the cooled water and the air. Since the spray water is pre-cooled by the PVC filler, its heat exchange effect is more obvious.
